RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alert management any financial aspects at risks and offer solution
- Supervise an accounting team and prepare timely month end closing & reporting
- Managing proper accounting records and handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and other ad-hoc assignments
- Maintain and update the group accounting policies and ensure that all jurisdictions are in compliance
- Manage budget, forecast, financial reports and management reports
- Manage accounting operation and tax issue in the Mainland China
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 5 years proven & solid working experiences in China business
- Hand-on experience in PRC tax handlings and deal with PRC tax bureau & relevant authorities
- With good coordination, planning and executive capability
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with using MYOB software
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under strict deadlines
- Able to travel to Shenzhen Office when necessary
- Follow PRC's holidays
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
JOB LOCATION
- Shenzhen Office (representative office in Shenzhen (ground floor, Shenzhen Shangri-la Hotel, just 5mins walk from LoWu border) & Tsim Sha Tsui Office subject to the working requirements
JOB TYPE : Full Time
WORKING DAYS PER WEEK : 5 days or 6 days (subject to workload)
WORKING HOURS : 09:30 to 17:30
