Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
- Assist in intercompany billing, settlement and reconciliation
- Familiar with HK & PRC accounting
- Perform annual audited accounts and liaise with auditors
- Participate accounting system maintenance and implementation
- Perform ad-hoc job and analysis as assigned
Requirements
- Recognized bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy /Finance
- HKICPA/ACCA student member or finalist
- Minimum of 5 years accounting and/or auditing experience as a supervisor level in medium size company
- Knowledge of ERP and POS system
- ERP/system implementation experience is a plus
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, detailed-minded and organized with strong sense of urgency and responsibility
- Immediately available is preferred
