Job Description
It is seeking an Administration and Accounting Assistant to handle the tasks and duties.
- Administrative work such as settlement of incoming funds for billings
- Assist and represent the director in external liaison & corporate activities
- Assist in the preparation of statements and reports;
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all required attendance system and reports;
- Ensure office records are kept and an efficient filing system is in place and up to date;
- Following up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner;
- Handle administrative assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule.
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations;
- Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Degree holders in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines or equivalent
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an English working environment
- Outgoing and presentable
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people of different levels
- Analytical mind, attention to details and well-organized, good common sense and sensitive to numbers as well as good commercial sense
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks
- High proficiency in MS applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, MYOB, Quickbood.
- Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
