Job Duties:

• Participate in general office administrative tasks including but not limited to office renovation, documentary filing, vehicle arrangement, telecom service and business trip management.
• Support company level’s activities and business visiting arrangement.
• Supervise the security and office cleaning teams assuring a safety and hygienic working environment.
• Liaise and collaborate with contractors to ensure service or product provided is aligned to the standard and safety requirement.
• Conduct procurement and pricing negotiation on office supplies and equipment, meanwhile driving is needed occasionally. 
•  Ad-Hoc jobs.     

• CHINESE resume attached is a MUST. 
• Post-secondary level or above. Degree holder is a PLUS.
• 8+ years solid experience in administrative section, with experience in stated-owned enterprise is highly preferred.
• Good command both in written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluently in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Mature, excellent communication and coordination skills and able to work under tight schedule.
• HK driving licenses (TYPE 1) is needed.
