Responsibilities

• To provide full spectrum of administration support for the office, including but not limited to clerical and liaison works, invoicing, procurement, insurance and facility management
• Maintain and update administrative filing documents
• Handle various official documents / certificates
• Outdoor duties may be required occasionally
• Assist any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• HKDSE, HKCEE graduates or above
• 1-2 years in order processing and sales support experience is preferred
• Customer oriented, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to learn, highly disciplined and a reliable team player
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
• Flexible mindset with good communication skills at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
