Job Description

We are hiring a smart and energetic Administrative Officer to join The Coffee Academïcs group. The right candidates will support Management Office.

  • Handle general front desk duties includes greeting clients and guests
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Preparing reports, memos and other documents
  • Support for bill payment and reimbursement
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist in organizing and coordinate conference, company activities and event, etc.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Degree holder
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in a fast-paced global firm is preferred
  • Passionate, high responsibilities, positive thinking and think out of the box
  • Good communication skill is a must
  • Smart, presentable, integrity and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese and good writing skills for correspondences
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and track projects and follow through
  • Experience with and/or familiarity with the F&B or service industry will also be an advantage but not a must.
