Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest FMCG Group in US and they are actively looking for Regional Director of Application Development
A key member of the APAC IT team (e.g. Budget to Report) with end to end oversight of all applications and data & reporting solutioning coverage - from operational process automation to business insights reporting.
Both in developing the strategy to support APAC to be independently run as an enterprise and staging key data reporting to SAP and financial reporting to global.
He/She owns the architectural vision and design that underlies process re-engineering with RPA tools such as AA or UIPath and data and reporting solutions development and continuous improvements. He/she is responsible to "harmonize, rationalize, and standardize" the data and reporting solutions across different functions from Supply Chain to Retail Analytics.
Applications Landscape rationalizing and normalization to reduce TCO of APAC systems
Be the driver for applications standardization and advise on local vs regional vs global application capabilities and framework.
Reports landscape simplification and standardization with key stakeholders
Job Requirements
10+ years of proven IT leadership and software delivery experience in Retail / FMCG industries
Deep understanding of the solution delivery landscape, including delivery methodologies of Agile and SDLC
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
