Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' enquiries through hotline, email, live chat and social media platforms
  • Maintain good customer service standard according to the guideline
  • Assist CS Department to follow up the complaints for improving service standard
  • Work with internal departments closely for process improvement and workflow efficiency
  • General CS & Admin support to the team
  • Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or equivalent; Degree holder will be highly recommended
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent computer skill, MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing (30+ w.p.m)
  • Related working experiences will be advanced
  • Able to work independently
