Job Description



  • Manage full set of accounts and daily accounting operations, including but not limited to cash flow, inventory management etc.
  • Full spectrum of regular financial and management reporting for the Association, including group consolidation
  • Handle statutory audited financial statements, government reporting etc. Liaise with external parties like auditor.
  • Experience in budget preparation
  • Provide quality financial and non-financial information to Management and Board to support decision making process and make recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Establish and refine financial policies of the Association to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control

  • Source, establish and develop new procurement system in line with company strategy.
  • Responsible for day-to-day procurement and logistics operations including but not limited to inventory control, delivery schedule monitoring and accounting reports preparation etc.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance, relationship and risk mitigation with the aim of constantly improving quality versus cost.
  • Oversee both opex and capex tendering processes.
  • Prepare cost savings plan.

  • Perform ad hoc duties whenever required
  • Deal with financial institutions and other organizations


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business management studies or equivalent with at least 5 years of solid experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
  • Relevant professional qualifications are preferred
  • Solid and practical experience in business management preferred
  • Independent, strong financial judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Hands-on approach and committed to continuous improvement
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work outside office hours
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of MYOB and POS System preferred
  • Immediately available
