Job Description

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to service pension customers under ORSO and MPF Schemes
  • Manage enrolment, contribution, switching and termination in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up outstanding issues
  • Handle customers' enquiries, providing the latest legislation update and possible solutions
  • Provide supporting scheme restructuring for the customers
  • Assist in submission of regulatory reporting
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Over 3 years' relevant experience in administering MPF schemes, experience in ORSO schemes will be an advantage
  • Good customer-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong initiative with good problem solving skills
