Responsibilities:

• Provide all kinds of administrative, operation and secretarial supports to ensure smooth running of branches & office operations
• Support branches for daily administrative duties, such as stationary ordering, maintenance service coordination, license application and renewal, etc.
• Responsible for secretarial functions to Operation Director including organizing meeting, drafting minutes and preparing reports
• Prepare all correspondences, reports and presentation materials in Chinese & English independently
• Liaise with different stakeholders for coordinating operational issues
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

•  Tertiary educated in any discipline;
•  1 year of working experience in administration & secretarial role;
•  Self-driven and capable to communicate effectively with staffs at all levels;
•  Fast pace, multi-tasking and capable to meet tight schedule;
•  Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc;
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Fresh graduate with high potential will also be considered
