Job Description

We aim at delivering technical consultancy to developers, financiers, governments, councils and other relevant bodies on the development of low-carbon, climate change and sustainability solutions in the East Asia region from front end project development to project planning and design.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project team in developing strategies, solutions, design schemes and technical specifications for smart city, digital and sustainable infrastructure development under various domains, in particular urban planning, resources (energy/water/waste), building, environment and mobility
  • Develop new applications for built environment sector through using relevant software, programming language and AI
  • Work closely with various subject matter specialists on implementation and management of different smart city strategies and applications
  • Be the interface coordinator with clients from both public and private sectors, technology suppliers and other utilities
  • Occasional business travel as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic & Communications Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience for the position of Consultant and at least 7 years of experience for the position of Project Consultant
  • Candidates with GIS, BIM and programming experiences along with cross-disciplinary knowledge in the built environment sector will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience in tackling design or construction projects that cross the boundaries between the traditional engineering and other disciplines such as urban planning, economics, environmental science, social science will be an advantage
  • Good understanding and knowledge of ICT and Green Technology industry will be a plus
  • Passionate for a future smart city development in this region enabled by technology will be a key requirement
  • Strong research and organizational skills, able to set priority and be multi-tasking
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with very strong communication skill across different disciplines
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
