Responsibilities

• Providing support to account executives in project coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, professional parties, vendors and internal departments
• Quality assurance of financial documents in a timely and accurate manner
• 5-day work week (Shift required)

 Requirements

• Associate Degree or above
• 1 year working experience in the field of customer service (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Proficiency in MS Office are necessary
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
