 工作職責：

• 為顧客提供查詢售後及換領服務
• 接聼會員電話及解答問題
• 提供優質客戶服務
• 一般資料處理
• 四天輪班工作

 職位要求:

• 大專或以上程度
• 一年或以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗
• 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
• 良好中文及英文讀寫能力
