Job Description
- Responsible for CS hotline, email and live chat enquiries in a professional manner;
- Handle daily and ad hoc assignments as required to ensure KPI targets are met;
- Deal tactfully to resolve customer requirements or complaints by proposing suitable solutions;
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and validity of cases follow up.
- Matriculated or above, with 1-2 years experience in customer service or call centre environment;
- Good command of spoken & written Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel andChinese Word processing, knowledge in e-Commerce platform is an advantage;
- Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong passion for delivering a positive customer experience, hard working with high motivation and strong initiative;
- To work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.
