Job Summary:
This position is part of the KPL T&I leadership team, reporting to the VP of T&I and will co-shape and co-drive the overall T&I strategy, roadmap and plan of the Company.
Acts as a Technology & Innovation (T&I) business partner and focal point of contact for the business leaders in Hong Kong. Leads the Applications team to provide application solutions that support the Hong Kong business. Collaborates with T&I’s Centre of Excellence (CoEs) to develop, drive and execute strategic T&I plan, in alignment with Hong Kong business objectives and Corporate directions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As Head of T&I Hong Kong / Applications Team,
- Be the partner to KPL Hong Kong Business Leaders and Functional Leaders (Sales & Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Project Development, Commercial/Retail, etc.), advise, define, align and deliver T&O strategy, business cases, budget and action plans
- Lead and manage the Hong Kong T&I application team and vendors, collaborate with T&I COE teams to define T&I plan, execute and support for Hong Kong businesses as well as certain Corporate Systems; Own and oversee Hong Kong business and certain T&I projects/products, design and review the application architecture, in alignment with overall T&I framework
- Ensure system performance and quality under management
- Build rapport and engage with key stakeholders, including Hong Kong business and functional leaders, T&I leadership, team members; establish necessary operating and communication rhythm
- Be part of T&I leadership team, shape and embrace the overall T&I strategy, roadmap, architecture, organization, policies and processes
- Stay abreast of technology trends; Introduce new technology and innovation to enable business objectives
- Strengthen Hong Kong T&I organization; Provide leadership and coaching to Hong Kong T&I Applications team, acquire and develop talents

Who You Are (Education, Experience, Professional Qualifications etc.)
- Degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines
- 15+ years of experience in information technology development, delivery and management
- Real Estate / Retail industry experience
- Business engagement and enablement
- Application development/coding experience, particularly in modern applications, cloud, mobile
- Application architecture experience a plus, e.g., microservices
- Knowledge of SCM, CD/CI methodology and tools
- PMP, Business Analysis, Agile/SCRUM, ITIL
