 Role Description

The Digital Account Executive / Senior Digital Account Executive / Digital Account Manager role we are looking for involves skillsets within digital media includes research, planning, negotiation, implementation, and analysis across different media channels including SEM, Display.

Key Accountabilities

• Function as the first point of contact for responsible accounts and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Take brief and leverage marketing landscapes, competitor insights, and audience insights to create multi-channel media strategies and media plans.
• Coordinate with the operation team the implementation of full channels campaigns that cover but not limited to SEM, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic.
• Understanding metrics, continually suggest measurement of campaign and optimizations to improve campaign performance, as well as guarantee the KPIs are met.
• Provide regular performance reports, results analysis, and recommendations.
• Keep clients updated on the status of account activities and keeping track of budget pacing.
• Responsible for the billing reconciliation and the collection payment
• Establish and maintain strong effective relationships with different stakeholders.
• Meet with vendors to stay on top of all advances and offerings in digital media.

 Key Requirements

• Degree holder in advertising /PR /marketing communications /business studies related disciplines.
• 1 - 6 years of digital advertising /marketing experience.
• Good interpersonal and client servicing skills, presentable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Works well in a team environment but also able to work as an independent operator.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in GA, AppsFlyer, DCM, DV360, Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter Ad Manager will be a plus.
• Ability to handle reporting data from multiple sources with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role.
• Consumer electronics industry experiences will be a plus.
• Regional exposure in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, India will be a plus.
