Responsibilities:

• Explore and manage the rechargeable product portfolio for targeted applications, including cell & battery pack, energy storage systems
• Develop products so as to enhance competitiveness of our products
• Evaluate market trends of selected segments, customer needs and competitor activities, so as to identify and explore new business opportunities
• Take lead in pricing, cost control and gross profit monitoring in different projects
• Drive through the process development, product design and product launch activities
• Cultivate customer relationships, deliver effective and competitive proposals (e.g. technological capabilities, pricing & lead times) to capture profitable new business
• Support the production in factories to meet the requirements in terms of quality, costs, delivery and responsiveness
• Closely partner with other functional teams, including production, automation, research & development, quality assurance and sales & marketing in order to drive through the product development plans

  Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics/ Electrical / Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Around 8 years of relevant work experience in firmware and hardware design in BMS/ charging circuit, power conversion system / power management system / solution design and safety standard management
• Solid experience in application of telecom / motive / building automation / energy backup or any kind of portable energy systems is advantageous
• Good at building rapport with customers including needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment, and follow through actions
• With cost-conscious and have a meticulous approach to quality
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills
• Good project management technique with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented mentality with good sense of job accountability and integrity
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
