Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Finance, HR & Admin functions for a small business unit, which include but not limit to, benefit administrations, expense reimbursements, payment coordination, monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance, and reporting
  • Update staff records on system and input data to database when required
  • Prepare periodic staff reports as requested by management
  • Assist to handle administrative matters and HR-related activities for business unit
  • Assist to handle insurance or other benefits renewals
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
  • Check business expenses claim in system for the business unit
  • Prepare and coordinate the payment to vendors for the business unit
  • Invoice Management for the business unit.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, Human Resources Management related is a plus
  • Fresh graduate with interest in supporting a business unit, or with around 1-2 years of Finance, HR and Administration experiences
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded to learn new things independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in verbal & written English & Chinese
