Job Description

The HR & Admin Assistant /  Officer is a replacement headcount, the successful candidate will directly report to the HR & Admin Manager to provide general human resources, people operations & office admin services to the Company. Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Office Admin functions, included but not limited to :-
  • Office Admin : office equipment procurement & maintenance, incoming & outgoing courier and/or postal management, handle invoices & payment, perform reception duties from time-to-time, support company activities & ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Human Resources : people movement, talent acquisitions, payroll & MPF administration, benefit review, coordinate semi-annual appraisal, filing HR correspondence & maintain good record on HRIS.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or above, or other relevant discipline;
  • Good command of spoken & written English, fluent in Cantonese (and written traditional Chinese);
  • Culturally-fit into small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), flexible enough to undertake ad-hoc tasks;
  • Around 1-2 years of experiences in HR generalist and/or office administration field, preferably gained from SMEs or IT-industry;
  • Sounds knowledgeable to Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & general HR practice;
  • Great organisation skills, numeric sensitive, systematic mindset, immediate starter, cheerful & willingness to learn;
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet is highly preferable (incl. pivot tables, formulas), knowledge in Google Script / VBA is a great plus but not a must;
  • Experiences in using different project management tools is an absolute advantage (e.g. Trello, Notion, etc.).
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered to be the position of HR & Admin Officer.
  • Immediate Available is a must.
