Job Description

Founded in 1985, Electronic Business Solutions Limited (EBS), is a leading IT company dedicated to provide integrated, tailored and comprehensive information technology services and solutions to various clients, notably from the government, education institutions and business sector in Hong Kong.
To further expand our business and achieve future growth, our company is currently seeking for all-rounded and detail-minded personnel to join our company as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly report to Human Resources and Administration Manager; 
  • Perform daily Admin & HR duties such as document-filling and data-entry;
  • Assist in securing a smooth recruitment process such as facilitate JD posting, interview arrangements etc.; 
  • Assist in drafting business correspondences and emails; 
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails, couriers, postage arrangements;
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support;
  • Perform any assigned ad-hoc task as required. 
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in all disciplines;
  • Equipped with at least 1-year of related working experience (Fresh-graduates will also be considered); 
  • Friendly, polite, detail-minded, self-motivated personnel who can actively pay attention to small details;
  • All genders will be considered; 
  • Locals or candidates with IANG / working visa will be considered.
  • Immediate available is highly prefer.
