Job Description

  • Perform HR and Administration duties such as leave and attendance records, staff recreation activities, recruitment & onboarding procedures, office admin supplies and maintenance
  • Provide clerical support including filing and data entry
  • Assist in preparing reports
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year clerical experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attentive to detail and is a good team player with positive working attitude
  • Reliable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc
  • Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
