To cope with the continuous business expansion of the Company, we invite talented and professional candidate to join our growing IT Team:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct technical support to end users for all workplace services on installations, usage, or maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.
  • Respond to end user inquiries concerning system software and applications.
  • Provide immediate customer assistance for emergency and URGENT fixes as defined in service definition based on the severity and assignment.
  • Provide temporary work-around for immediate customer issues where appropriate.
  • Documents and logs all contacts and actions into helpdesk per specified guidelines.
  • Follows end users issues through to completion to ensure resolution within the SLA and customer satisfaction have been achieved. - Works with engineering on hardware and software testing and reviews to assist in Quality release.
  • Assist in creating technical documents, and training material.
  • Perform incident handling, problem analysis, resolution of incidents and training to other technical support personnel.
  • Comply with company policy, process and procedure.
  • Support task in global project that is assigned from time to time.
  • Manage Hong Kong Office Infrastructure and equipment 
Job Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience and above
  • Certificate or above in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • Prefer MCP / MCSE / CCNA, experienced in LAN, Mobile and MAC support
  • Broad experience in Microsoft client OS and related software and client side and familiar with IP Phone setting
  • Customer focus and results oriented
  • Mature and have the ability to work with others to achieve goals
  • Proactive execute tasks that has been assigned
  • Have good communication skills and basic presentation skills
  • Team player and good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Powershell/ Agile/ ITIL as an advantage
  • Responsible, committed to work and can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
  • Fresh with good academic record will be considered
