The Product Manager will provide the insight, influence and leadership to define the product vision based upon an in-depth, practical knowledge of user needs, the most relevant technology trends and business strategy dynamics of the evolving online employment marketplace. They will also need to be a valued contributor to the overall strategy and executive leadership team of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead job discovery product thinking and vision for web and apps for one of the Discovery teams
• Progress our understanding of a first-choice job discovery experience via product thinking, research and execution
• Play a key role in formulating and delivering the product roadmap, and be accountable for delivering value through key business objectives and metrics.
• Drive tangible results by facilitating cross functional collaboration between teams to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
• Evangelize our products, features, and vision across the entire organization, communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
• Drive opportunity discovery and prioritisation for job discovery for a unified coherent platform and experience across APAC
• Work with the team and dependent teams on setting and sharing OKRs that ensure we make progress toward our end objective of a first-choice job discovery experience
• Empower and inspire product and engineering teams, guiding them thru ambiguity and complexity.
• Opportunity to coach build capability of new product managers within team
• Stay abreast of industry and competitor trends, and share insights and learnings across the group.

• Obsessive about solving real customer problems. You value customer input and actively seek out ways to test your hypotheses early and often.
• Strong commercial nous, previous experience on Customer Acquisition (SEO, SEM, Loyalty) highly valued
• High level of comfort with ambiguity, can drive progress through an agile test & learn mindset
• Exceptional judgement and decision-making skills, including an ability to prioritise the critical few things
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams, and to build rapport, identify needs, deliver proposals, and influence stakeholders in business-to-business relationships.
• Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems with a logical and data-driven approach
• Experience with defining product requirements, tracking performance, exploring drivers, diagnosing issues, etc.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams; you can shape and develop product strategy
• Sufficient technical understanding on agile methodologies, responsive design, code quality, system scalability and site reliability.
• Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade, build and maintain relationships.
