Job Description

This is fast growing European company provides total end to end solutions in electronics components industry with digital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility on Hong Kong operations including but not limited to inventory aging, sales orders pick-pack-ship process and shipment arrangement
  • Monitor all process for receiving, processing, pick and pack and all RMA handling.
  • Control of TAT, processing quality, data entered in the system
  • Work on improvement for operation process, grading quality
  • Project the processing output plan up to 8weeks, react as soon as possible to prevent backlog
  • Ensure everything is align for the system process such as sales order, transfers
  • Co-operate with different region across all dept. to review and improve current process
  • Provide support to Alchemy's expansion plan in Asia
  • Assist the internal process for sales activities
  • Perform regularly audit to local warehouse
  • Submit regular and analysis report

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience in an operation management, able to identify the root cause and proactively brings improvement
  • Vendor management or in-house warehouse or processing center management experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skill to talk to different people globally
  • Great excel skill to hands on analysis tasks
  • High motivation and self-discipline to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Bilingual or more preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and proven ability to produce high-quality output
  • An entrepreneurial approach and the ability to get things done in cross-functional teams
  • Hard working and not hesitate to overtime work
