New Role

• Being an expertise in IoT market with detailed knowledge of state of the art solutions in this domain and competitive landscape to provide product vision, strategy, business case and competitive analysis
• Lead IoT Platform product strategy development and execution in new emerging M2M / IoT business verticals
• Own IoT Platform product roadmap, identify and document epics, use cases and user stories with product delivery priorities and timeline defined
• Document customer requirements to create innovative and differentiated solutions
• Support and guide sales/presales with vertical specific resources (global experts, documentation, best practices)
• Transform complex technology solutions into simple concepts including associated design tradeoffs and effectively articulate these concepts to a mix of technical and business-minded audience
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in IoT and key tech trends for digital transformation
• Constantly look for new verticals, ideas and business models to increase M2M/IoT revenues
• Working directly with the engineering team to align with best practices of the IoT platform used and to draw up implementation details

 To succeed this role

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or above
• At least 8 years in ICT or telecom related industry, with exposure in specific industry preferred (such as property management, construction, logistics, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering success stories in the IoT market - furthering performance, identifying and launching new capabilities
• Strong business acumen on Enterprise IT solutions through a mix of pre-sales, product GTM,  technical scoping/development experiences (e.g. System or Business Analysis)
• Strong understanding of the principles of IoT solution architecture and development including analytics, compute infrastructure, networking, operating systems, connectivity protocols, sensors, etc
• A fast learner who is familiar with IoT product hardware/software, embedded system development, Software coding, cloud computing, enterprise related mobility solutions, big data etc.
• Good knowledge of AT-Command, BLE, RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, at least familiar with one programming language, JavaScript and Python preferred
• Strong commercial and operational mindset, constantly focusing on delivering value to customers
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and consultative selling skills
