Job Requirements
- Associate Design / Degree holder or above (Studying in Marketing / Business is preferred)
- At least 1-2 year of relevant experience in project/event management (Candidate with less experience will be considered as project assistant)
- Good communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Strong in planning, organizing and attention to details
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
Job Description
- Liaise with Task Force members, event coordinators or designated contractors on the scheduled time frame for different deliverables
- Prepare and distribute various supporting documents
- Plan and prepare the proposal for different campaigns
- Organize and coordinate with the campaign activities or events for the campaign
