Job Description:

• Offer high level of customer service at center, handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups
• Build and maintain great relationships with students, parents and teachers
• Provide professional consultation, such as introducing course details and proposing suitable course packages, to prospective customers
• Follow up students' learning progress and provide feedback 
• Assist with general administrative work and any ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduate with no experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication skills, responsible and self-motivated
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• Immediate availability

Job Details:

• Work location: Wan Chai/ Whampoa
• 5-days work (including Saturday, Day off on Wednesday) :  
  • Monday - Friday  : 13:00 － 20:00
  • Saturday : 10:00 － 18:00
