Job Description

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, this exciting role sits within the Sales Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB). The primary focus of the role is to Lead a high performing field sales team of account managers, provide sales mentorship, conduct coaching and motivate them in achieving and exceeding company goals.
This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, and represents a brand-new opportunity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion, with the role evolving over time, as we progress through our technological & operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify the training and coaching needs, develop program to grow the team by uplift their skills and transform them into all round sales.
• Develop & drive the sales strategy, manage the day-to-day operation, in growing the business from existing enterprise accounts.
• Understand the market & our clients’ challenges, lead the account managers to be the clients’ business partners in sharing market insights, best practices and solutions.
• Collaborative & work with other functional teams, like business analytic, marketing, customer services and product, in sharing market insights & solving business challenges.
• Communicate annual sales strategy, including aligned operational plan, that is designed to achieve annual target and KPIs.
• Manage escalated client situations in order to preserve the long-term relationship.
• Develop and maintain mechanisms for clients and sales related feedback to key support functions such as Product and Trade Marketing.

Qualifications:
So, what we are looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 7 years of corporate selling experience, preferably key corporate accounts of B2B Telecom, IT Solutions and Online Advertising.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and people management.
• Solid selling skills and target achievement mindset.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal relation skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating team work, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict.
• You are an extraordinary team player. You are responsible and supportive. You say “we” more than “I”. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions to the table when the “Eureka” moment strikes!
• To you, the thought of bringing productivity to the next level sparks joy. You are someone who constantly puts on different thinking hats to find ways in improving existing processes, automating mundane tasks and shaping practices for the better.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager.
