• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for all accounting functions
• Consistently delivering project status reporting updates on project accomplishments against milestones
• Responsible for annual audit and tax affairs
• Ensure the accurate and timely accounting records
• Liaise with other departments for disputing billings and outstanding accounts
• Handle debt collection & credit control functions
• Manage the consolidation of monthly accounts, statutory interim & annual accounts of the Group
• Oversee all payments and settlement processes
• Handle other tasks and projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, experience in engineering field is an advantage
• Proficient in MYOB and MS Office, especially Excel and Access
• Analytical, self-motivated and highly responsible
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
