Reporting to the sales manager, this exciting role sits within the Sales Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB). The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for manage assigned clients and cultivate strong working relationships with the assigned customers to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth. This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, and represents a brand-new opportunity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion, with the role evolving over time, as we progress through our technological & operational transformation.
· You are responsible for managing clients to build expertise and be trusted advisors.
· You are able to sell and promote our services and solutions to the corporate clients.
· You will daily contact to customers through outbound / inbound calls activities.
· You are responsible for achieving monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies.
· You are able to manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skilful way
· You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports.

The successful candidate will have:
· Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years' solid sales experience in managing corporate clients and tele-marketing operation.
· Sales-oriented with strong commitment towards sales target achievement.
· Experience in selling technology solutions will be an advantage.
· Account management experience will be an advantage.
· Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
