Client Details

Our client is a very sizable Fortune 500 Medical Technology Company, they are hiring for their team in Diagnostic Devices/Diagnostic Imaging team.

Description

• Responsible for field service engineer duties, which includes product installations, startups, maintenance and update of all products within the assigned area
• Determine the appropriate solution and tackle technical problems for customers to maintain service quality
• Work with department head and assist in costing and budgeting with business development teams
• Lead a team of service engineers and provide guidance and training support
• Monitor and review the proper use of tool & test equipment
• Responsible for spare part inventory management, maintain and re-order suitable inventory and complies with all of the company's inventory control policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• Monitor and review customer requests are properly documented
• Work closely with the sales and product management team for smoother operations and customer satisfaction Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines

Profile

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Biochemistry or related disciplines
• Relevant technical experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems/medical devices (Ultrasound/CT/MRI/Nuclear Medicine)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work in rotating shift work, night work and weekends
• Highly adaptable and can work under pressure
