Job Description

Responsible for IT software (including web, app, H5 page, etc.) projects management including demand analysis, plan formulation, software development process tracking and maintenance, to ensure that the project is completed as planned.

Responsible for the coordination and organization of project resources to ensure that the development positions of the project team work together to achieve the project goals.

Track project development progress and timely discover and solve problem in time, carry out risk prediction and early management to effectively manage project quality and risks.

Evaluate the workload of project development, quickly evaluate and make judgments on the unexpected requirement of customers.

Responsible for customer communication and maintenance, timely handling of customer problems and complaints, and reasonable management of customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English/Mandarin as the working language (MUST).
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Computer Science, Communication or related major is preferred.
  • More than 3 years of software development project management experience in the IT industry. Understand the current mainstream Internet project development technology stack, including JavaScript frameworks such as React/RN/Node.
  • Proficient in project process management, with good business understanding and planning ability
  • Strong document writing skills, and various report processing skills; able to read and write English documents.
  • Independently complete most of the internal and external coordination work, actively discover and feedback problems,
  • Have strong problem analysis, problem solving and communication skills, work meticulously and conscientiously, and can withstand work pressure.
  • Have good execution and sense of responsibility, empathy, good at teamwork and communication, proactive, and able to push forward the project team toward the goal.
  • Experience in remote project management is preferred
