Job Description


  • Work with customers, consultants and contractors to get contracts for Property Management, Facility Management and Construction markets
  • Identify new sales opportunities, right prospects and quality leads in IT professional services and solutions using IoT (Internet of Things), RFID, cloud and/or mobile computing technologies
  • Achieve assigned sales targets align with Company’s objectives and directions
  • Develop proposals, often involving cost effectiveness or return on investment calculations, for presentation to customers based on site review and analysis of projects with customers, blueprints, specifications and proposals
  • Responsible for overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process
  • Understand and solve business problems for our clients applying a consultative role and solution-based sales process
  • Liaise with Sales Head and Project Director to define opportunities and optimize solutions for profit maximization
  • Evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost effective means to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Work with Project teams to conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive and supportive attitude to maintain a long-term service relationship
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and a high level of pipeline management. Provide accurate periodic sales forecasts as requested
  • Ensure Company financial standards are maintained, including profitability, productivity, payment schedules, subcontracts, terms, conditions, and accurate invoicing
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information in Company sales management and reporting tools, booking and project management and turnover documentation. Record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities and follow-ups


  • Bachelor Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling business solutions including but not limited to workflow, process re-engineering, IoT monitoring, or facility management solutions, etc.
  • Sales and Business Development experience is a must
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.
  • Good knowledge in IoT / RFID / NFC / Mobile Technology / Cloud Technology / Software Solutions
  • Exposure in Facility Management, Property Management and/or Construction industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent situation analysis, proactive, dynamic and willing to accept challenges
  • Strong at project management and contractor management.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
