What you’ll do?

• Act as a business expert at the intersection of value creation, digital best practices, and technology whose key mission is to identify cross-company opportunities for improvement, formulate digital-first solutions to address them, and rally stakeholders to make these a reality 

• Apply value creation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Value Proposition Canvas) to identify improvement opportunities across the organization (external/internal) 

• Envision ideal, digital-first end-states (digital products, platforms, etc.) to address these opportunities; identify stakeholders, tech enablers and constraints, and conceive of feasible solution roadmaps 

• Build expertise around key digital-related fields (agile, product management, design thinking, VPC, AI/ML, analytics, martech, AR/VR/MR) 

• Lead cross-functional agile teams during the implementation of digital projects and products 

• Act as a product owner for several digital products; define the vision and roadmap for these products; work with cross-functional agile teams to establish a backlog of requirements and implement them 

• Work with technical teams (Data & Digital Delivery, IT, eCommerce) to translate business requirements into technical ones 

• Train stakeholders across the organization in digital and organizational best practices 

• Draft business cases; measure performance vs business cases on an ongoing basis; coordinate legal and contractual processes 

We are a perfect match, if you:   

• Have a minimum of 2 years' solid working experience in related field (digital transformation, digital analysis, project management, business process improvement, etc.) 

• Have a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in innovation, analytical or user-centric field
  (technology, information system, business process, design, entrepreneurship, management, user experience etc. ) 

• Have a strong commercial mindset and business acumen; strong numerical foundations 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills 

• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus 

• Experience with Design Thinking or Value Proposition Canvas is a plus 

• Experience with AI/ML & analytics is a plus
