Your 'day to day'
Act as the One Face of Contact on behalf of eHub Supply Chain on all the NPI and Rework projects. Take the leadership to co-ordinate with all the stake holders for business success. Drive and develop SC strategies to cope with the new product launch and business requirement. Make decisions according to PMI standard to clear road blocks and bottle-necks. Continuous improvement and simplification of processes to drive operations excellence.
*Lead and manage the day-to-day Supply Chain activities for NPI and Rework projects
*Manage the Risk Buy request from EMS
*Partner with Product Development, Procurement and Material Planning team to evaluate Risk and Opportunities according to project briefing by R&D, Engineers etc.
*Actively participate in strategies development and activity plans, which will build Supply Chain projects and capabilities for future anticipation.
*Partner with EMS Management and Procurement to ensure EMS liabilities are settled according to agreed terms and contract. Continuous drive and corrective actions to deplete the liabilities.
*Develop business justification, scope, and resource requirements for management reviews and decision making.
Who we're looking for
*University degree in Business Administration / Supply chain/Industrial Engineer
*Minimum 10 years of experience in Program management, Project Management with exposure to a multinational environment preferable in the electronic business environment.
*Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
*You are innovative and eager to make decisions to clear road blocks and bottle-necks.
*NPI Stage Gate Process - Understanding of the end-to-end process and the gates related to new product initiatives and the roles of the involved departments.
*Functional skills: Good knowledge of ERP, PLM system, Excellent MS Office skills [particularly Excel - including creation & analysis of large database] and Work point
*Fluent in English
