My client is looking for following candidates, it is expected that you are a hands-on developers in SDLC, and also prefer working experience in large scale user environment 

Systems Analyst (8+ year’s working experience):

ERP Specialist or BI Specialist
•         Experience in ERP such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or other application,
•         Domain knowledge in Finance / Human Resources management system are preferred
•         Strong Technical Background (e.g. System Design, Technical Design, Programming Experience) and strong attention to detail, numerical and analytical
•         Familiar with VBA (Macro tools) is an advantage

Technical Architect
•         Providing technical leadership and support to development teams
•         Overseeing development and implementation of programs (e.g. Code Review)
•         Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
•         Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions, evaluate and select appropriate software / hardware and suggest integration methods
•         Hands-on experience with software development (e.g. Java, Drupal, mobile)

Analyst Programmer (3 – 10 years) / Programmer (1 – 4 years):
(Java / Mobile (React Native, Node.js)

• Solid hands-on implementation in Java 8+, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, etc.
• Solid hands-on front and end development 
• Solid hands-on implementation in hybrid mobile app framework (i.e. Ionic, React Native), cross-platform app technologies (i.e. Apache Cordova), native mobile application development (i.e. Swift, Objective-C, Android), etc.\

• Solid hands-on front end development in PHP, JQuery, ES6, React / Angular or similar tools, HTML5, CSS, Responsive web design, etc.
• Familiar with Drupal 8/9 is an advantage
