Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the country’s business and engage with all the leaders and stakeholders

• Identify training needs from the business focus and employee capability gaps

• Engage with regional team and other country teams to source for the needed training programs

• Engage and evaluate external training vendors and programs

• Attend the trainer development programs as identified by regional and country teams

• Develop course content for the training modules specific for country, if unavailable in the organization

• Localize regional training program as needed

• Source relevant case studies for inclusion into training programs

• Identify e-learning courses from Learning Management System to create blended learning

• Analyze the call/visit monitoring results and organize the needed refresher trainings

• Plan and develop the needed training delivery schedules

• Communicate and publish the approved training plans and programs

• Conduct training for sales and customer care teams and leaders

• Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings delivered, and enhance the programs accordingly

• Perform call monitoring, analysis and calibration

• Engagement and feedback to managers for coaching purpose

• Travel as required for trainings and meetings

• On-going research on training methodologies for implementation to improve trainings

Skills, Experience and Competencies

• Degree, or relevant working experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, ideally in sales and training fields

• Strong English language spoken and written skills are required, together with any local country language

• Ability to develop training courses and relevant course materials

• Ability to develop e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate would be an added advantage

• Ability to deliver training in a virtual and classroom environment and manage large groups

• Strong communication skills in both presentation and also in writing

• Inspiring and motivational leader

• Organized, systematic and logical in event organizing

• Detailed oriented, analytical and able to work independently

• Team player with good engagement skills with all levels of staff

• Ethical and a role model to others
